This huge financial collapse had to involve a huge amount of illegal
activity. In fact the head of SEC enforcement was so embarrassed by the
Bernie affair she quit. Fiduciary responsibility seems, to me, to be an
ancient English term that should be removed from the language. We will
never restore confidence in markets without rounding up and JAILING the
culprits of which there are many.
