There's a very interesting publication compiled by the Vermont League
of Cities and Towns called the Vermont Municipal Compensation &
Benefits Survey. This survey, published each year in October or
November, contains information on salaries, fringe benefits and working
conditions for employees and officers in over 225 Vermont cities, towns
and villages. There's a copy at your town clerk's office. (Don't forget
your glasses.) Fayston, it's very interesting.
