It says our tax rate is 48 percent lower. So how come I paid $2,631 last year and my bill this year is $3,491?
The article forgets to mention that our assessed rate has changed and is completely out of line. We at Drumleys were all assessed based on a price which is about 20 percent higher than any of our units ever sold for. All individual appeals were denied.
Please check into this and correct the reporting.
