There was a lot of confusion with the change-over and it must have been hectic in your offices. Yet your entire staff was invariably calm, courteous and helpful. In particular, one of your technicians, Kevin Davis, was a real standout.
When he arrived at our home he was met by two very frustrated people. He not only quickly had everything up and running, but his humor and good cheer was infectious. He left two very happy and relieved people. (Barb wanted to adopt him.)
