Now his excellent points of view are no longer possible to consider because of the poorly rehashed and vaguely presented project which must be voted down on September 9 because no intelligent water user could possible know how much it will exactly cost them each and every month, year in and year out -- who other than the 65 signed-up businesses would ever dare to hook up to this wet pipe dream?
