In the section pertaining to connectivity, the previously draconian wording has been softened to include phrases that will allow for public input. This change, although subtle, suggests that careful consideration will be used if an existing neighborhood needs to be altered in some way.

Additionally, I am glad to see that the needs of pedestrians are being addressed. Thank you for taking the time and effort to respond to the feedback various Valley residents have provided.
