In the late '60s, Trux's first love became flying gliders and we spent summers here along with four young children at the glider airport. This coming weekend, The Valley will host a major bicycle stage race again because of the surrounding terrain. Now, finally, I have had the best summer ever at the Sugarbush Golf Course. I equate the experience to powder skiing. Many of us loaned the money several years ago to support an upgrade to the water for the course and after five years it shows. Our groundskeepers have worked hard to create and maintain very fine greens along with the upgrade to the fairways. Sugarbush Golf has just successfully hosted a major Vermont amateur tournament.
The purpose of this letter is to thank Sugarbush for the vision to bring our golf course to a new level and to give us the quality of experience enjoyed by other activities.
