Just recently a tennis facility in New Jersey offered me a similar role to move down there. Since my wife and I are from New Jersey and just adding in our two 14-month-old sons to our household, we felt that this might be the time to go back and be near our immediate family. Well, Win Smith and Adam Greshin met with me last week just before I left for a long weekend down South to see if I might reconsider. They stressed the importance to me the role the tennis program plays in their overall vision as a four-season resort. With all the work we have put in at the Sugarbush Health and Racquet Club along with all the other departments at the resort and the time my wife, Tiffany, has put in at Vermont Country Properties, we decided to stay.
I want to thank Win Smith, Adam Greshin, Bob Ackland, Cathy Kerr, the employees at Sugarbush and the residents of The Valley for making my family and tennis an important part of the community. We have never been more excited to be a part of something so special. I look forward to seeing you on the courts.
