We monitor and track movement in outer space and on the moon. Law enforcement will eventually capture Danelo Cavalcante. Real news is why, with the technology that exists today, escape is even possible. This is what should be the discussed issue. Prison administration is 50 years behind technology costing us millions and making innocents vulnerable.
