To The Editor:
Kudos to David Zuckerman for continuing to work for protecting our climate, for standing for the things he has long believed, in spite of a governor who told him that he, the governor, would exclude him from meetings of Vermont government affairs.
He stands for making Vermont’s primary energy sources renewable and sustainable. He believes in creating incentives for building in town and village centers, which would make focus on cars less critical, protect open spaces and allow for more public transportation. He will work to bring broadband to all of Vermont, enabling more people to work and learn from home, attracting more working folk and families with children.
This also will allow more of our young people, who must leave Vermont to find work, to stay here.
As governor he will support a woman’s right to choose.
As governor, David Zuckerman will make decisions based on science and inclusivity.
