To The Editor:
The Valley Reporter’s Veterans Day edition this year was most exceptional. Your interviews with veterans enabled non-military persons to have a window into military life. It is understandable that people who never served in the military find the military life and culture confusing and mostly foreign. Your interviews and pictures certainly bridged between these two very different ways of life.
Speaking with people who read your newspaper, it is most evident that what you do each Veterans Day is widely appreciated by everybody. Thank you for this most valued community service.
