Chips and salsa party cups

2 ½ cups prepared salsa

10 small disposable cups

1 cup light sour cream

1 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese

2 (9 oz.) bags Blue Tortilla Chips

2 green onions

Divide the salsa among the cups (about ¼ cup in each). Top with the sour cream, then the cheese. Stick the tortilla chips into the mixture. Thinly slice the green onions and sprinkle over the chips.
