To The Editor:
As Mad River Glen shareholders and regular visitors to The Valley from our home in Cornwall, England, we would like to thank you for the detailed report on the Mad River Glen Co-op's 20th anniversary. Many of those involved from the outset we are proud to have called friends over the same decades.
Sadly, John Olsen and Jim McAfee are no longer with us, but we do have the good news to pass on that original board member Rick Singer is not, as published, "now deceased" but very much alive. For those in doubt, keep an eye out on the Mad River trails as he continues to ski there to this day.
