To The Editor:
Quite a sight to see, an entire metro region cooperating so well to find and bring bad people to justice, in such a short period of time. Boston just became the tightest city on earth, again.
A great man once said that “…The Tree of Liberty periodically needs to be watered by the blood of Patriots….”
Once before Boston was the sight of a massacre. That one was brought about by the guns of British troops in the streets of Boston ordered there by those that would dictate their will upon others through fear. Tyranny. The people of Boston, the people of those colonies, would not live under that yoke. Great things have evolved since then and the Tree of Liberty has grown to shelter many nations of the world today.
It is my hope that the blood just shed will water the Tree of Liberty so it will continue to grow to free more people from the dictates of others.
We all just participated in history. The future is up to us.
