To The Editor:
Well, we are finally down to one choice for a vote at Town Meeting for the Waitsfield town office. If you agree with the Farm Stand location and its cost, then by all means vote yes. Now, with all the road and culvert projects facing the town plus a request for $584,000 to renovate the town garage, and you feel we shouldn't spend upwards of $2 million for a new town office, then vote no. The select board will then re-visit other options (perhaps existing properties outside of the village district) and give town employees the much needed upgrades they deserve at a lower cost to us taxpayers. With all that's on the table at this Town Meeting it is important for everyone to have a say in the outcome. Only one requirement, get out and vote!
