Scott releases names interested in vacated house seat

Governor Phil Scott's office released the list of people who expressed interest in being appointed to fill the balance of state representative
Adam Greshin's (I-Warren) seat now that Greshin has taken a position with the Scott administration.

The list includes three current members of the Waitsfield Select Board: Anne Bordonaro, Sal Spinosa and Kari Dolan, as well as former select board member Logan Cooke. Marie Leotta, Waitsfield and Jake Sallerson, Warren, who ran for state representative last fall and lost, are on the list. Leotta ran as an Republican. Warren residents Asah Rowles, Dayna Lisaius and Gene Bifano are on the list. Ed Read, Rebecca Baruzzi and Lisa Loomis from Fayston and Gloria Rapalee, Duxbury round out the list. The governor will appoint someone in the new few weeks according to his spokesperson Rachel Feldman.
