Harwood field hockey players named to all-state/all-league teams

The Vermont field hockey coaches’ selections for all-state and all-league teams include several players from the Harwood varsity field hockey team. Midfielder Samantha Fox was named to the Twin State senior team.

On the Capital Division first team, Harwood forwards Haley Spittle and Katie Martin were selected alongside sophomore defenseman Emma Cummings and senior defenseman Samantha Fox.

Harwood goalie Megan Meaney, senior defenseman Charlotte Thompson and Meghan Burrows were named to the second team alongside junior forward Emily Reagan and senior forward Ashley Nelson.

Honorable mention was earned by freshman forward Sarah Wry, freshman midfielder Chase Fortier and junior midfielder Ahn Jacobson.
