A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, September 29, 2012, at the Round Barn Farm, 1661 East Warren Road, Waitsfield. For those who wish, contributions in Jack’s memory may be made to Camp Ta-Kum-Ta, P.O. Box 459, South Hero, VT 05486 (www.takumta.org/ways-to-support-tkt/ways-to-make-a-donation/). Assisting the family is the Perkins-Parker Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Waterbury.
