To The Editor:

Each day driving to and from work, I see "Arthur" the mailbox frog, and he brings a smile to my face. I suspect that I am not alone in this guilty pleasure. Once again, vandals have destroyed this fun and innocent symbol. I do not understand why anyone would want to do this. It is incredibly sad to think that someone would think this act of vandalism was fun. I hope "Arthur" returns again and I hope that those responsible for his demise grow up and find something more productive to do with themselves.
