To The Editor:
The only thing the Wisconsin recall election proves is that rich, greedy bastards can influence politics by pouring millions of out-of-state dollars into an all too often successful effort to get people to vote against their own interests. Union busting and voter suppression is an obvious right-wing ploy. They have made it quite clear that they seek absolute power (fascism). General Eisenhower, the last truly great Republican president, in his farewell speech, warned us against the military-industrial complex. In other words, perhaps without knowing it, he foreshadowed what the present-day Republicans have become. In future articles I will unmask guilty accomplices of these right-wing reactionaries.
