To The Editor:

I want to write this letter to alert people (especially women of midlife age) about the "Healthy Aging Seminar" at the Medical Center. It is organized by Leigh Milne and is free, one Saturday a month 10:30 to 12. Last week Sarah McNamee came with a video and all sorts of tips for pelvic exercises. Doesn't sound like fun? Well, it was great. January 20 class will be with Joe Grant from "Back to Action" with balance exercises we could do at home. Come and see how it helps to age more gracefully!
